Mateusz Pałka / Szymon Mika Duo

It is an innovative duet created by young, recognized musicians: Mateusz Pałka (piano) and Szymon Mika (guitar).

After the first successful performances in spring 2012, they decided to cooperate on a piano – guitar duo.

At their concerts, they perform a mix of original compositions, improvisations and jazz standards in original arrangements.

The duet of the piano and the guitar seems to be a difficult challenge. To create a certain musical quality with these two instruments, you need to have an open mind and considerable skills, both young musicians have proved that they do not lack this.
